Account & contact data: name, email, phone, mailing address, username, password. Purchase & payment data: order history, billing address, limited payment data. (Payments are processed by third-party processors like [Stripe/PayPal]; we do not store full credit card numbers.) Athlete profile data (optional): sport, event, training goals, training history, PRs/metrics you enter. Coaching communications: messages, forms, surveys, uploaded files, call notes. Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-ins, campaign interactions.
